II. A mi sobrina Ana le gusta Chagall (My niece Ana likes Chagall)

Segundo intento Érase una vez un pez que quiso escaparse de su pecera y una reina que se aburría quiso escaparse con él.  Así empezaron a quedarse vacíos los tronos y los espejos.

Segundo attempt Once upon a time there was a fish that wanted to escape from his tank and there was also a very bored queen who wanted to run away with that fish. That was how thrones and mirrors began to become empty.

I. A mi sobrina Ana le gusta Chagall (My niece Ana likes Chagall)

Primer intento El primer montaje lo logré explorando motivos de Chagall y Hryhorczuk.  Pero a mi cabeza la siguen seduciendo la arqueología de los cuentos de los Grimm y  el dramatismo del cine mudo y las reinas del film noir. La narrativa que me perseguía era la de un pez y una reina a los que le quedaban demasiado pequeños sus espacios,  personajes que necesitaban arriesgarse a rebasar los límites de su geografía.    A continuación los montajes de la primera experimentación.

First attempt I was able to put together the first montage by exploring some motives from Chagall and Hryhorczuk. But my mind is still seduced by the archeology of the Grimm's fairy tales and by the drama of silent films and the film noir's queens. The narrative that haunted me was that of a fish and of a queen to whom their spaces were too small; these characters needed to risk out the limits of their own geography. Below the montages of this first experiment.
